After trying a larger bulb douche, I’ve found I prefer the smaller ones. I’ve also read that it’s better not to flood the area too much as you can wash away the protective natural coating in the anus. The small ones work well for me and if I feel I need it, I can repeat as needed. I also like the smaller tip for easier insertion.
