Lovehoney Watermelon massage oil has very pleasant scent, lovely non greasy texture without leaving you sticky but with feeling of smooth and soft, ideal for that romantic or steamy massage. A little goes a long way so this small bottle perfect handy size. We didn’t find kissing any part of body after the most pleasurable of tastes so I wouldn’t recommend this oil for the kissable factor.

First impressions The message oil comes in a compact 30ml bottle. Small enough to fit in your hand. Ideal for discreet storage and handy to put in an overnight bag if taking it with yoh for a saucy weekend. The bottle states it lasts 6 months once opened but based on size it can easily be used within this time to prevent wastage. The labelling is simple but shows off the lovehoney name and clearly shows the scent watermelon on the bottle. I love Watermelon in general but I am sceptical when it comes to beauty/perfume products when it’s comes this scent as there is a fine line between its smelling natural or overly artificial. Lovehoney are known for their quality products and thus lives up to its name. The Watermelon scent is fruity and sweet on the nose and enjoyable. Not overpowering. So of you like melon scented oils this is for you. Ideal for summer and smells refreshing. Usage To use you pop a few drops of oil on your hands and rub your hands slightly to warm and then have it massaging you partner’s body. Although oily at first (it is a massage oil) it absorbs well once rubbed, does not leave an oily after finish and leave skin feeling nourished and soft like after applying Moisturiser. It is ideal for a general massage if wanting to relax or can be used as part of foreplay. A few drops on the breasts as part of a seductive massage and a bit of nipple play to get you in the mood before some fun. It helps heighten the nipple play due to the silky friction. If you do like some dirty games such as monogamy or you dirty play cards this is an ideal pairing when it comes to erotic massages. An important thing to note this is not suitable for those with nut or Sesame allergies. Overall Overall a great product perfect for me one of my preferred scents but you have to like melon to enjoy this product as it is a strong scent.

We were sent this oil to give an honest review. The oil smells just like watermelon sweets, so a total win if you love watermelon like we do. It was only a small bottle that we got and as the oil is more of a “dry oil” (more like a sun screen oil) rather than an oil like baby oil (that is quite wet and goes a long way) we got through quarter of the bottle on our first use. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a great product, but I think after 4 uses, it will run out, where as a bottle of baby oil we have has lasted us for quite some time. . . But you wouldn’t want baby oil on or in your mouth, where as this is much better.

Firstly, 30ml is a lot smaller in real life! But it is perfect to slip into a toiletry bag to take away on holiday. Smells exactly like watermelon, is not greasy and absorbs into the skin well. Perfect for a massage.
