I was excited to check out this reed diffuser and see how it compares to other home fragrance products. I opted for the lemon/rose/cedarwood/vanilla that this “Arouse” fragrance offers. Things I loved: – Safely packaged – glass jar well nestled in a tagboard cradle. – Jar is attractive and unbranded – the Lovehoney label peeled off cleanly, so you can use anywhere in the home without concern of raising questions. – Fragrance was strong and fast to diffuse. – I’m sensitive to a lot of fragrance ingredients so I had concerns about being irritated by this in the air, but I was pleased that it did not prompt a negative reaction from me. Things I loved a little less: – I did splash a drop of the fragrance oil on my dresser and when I wiped it up with a tissue a moment later it had already faintly discolored the stain. Not a huge deal for me, but be warned! – At the end of the day, the scent was not quite what I was hoping for – definitely hitting me as a much sweeter, almost fruity/sugary sent and it’s probably not going to be used a lot – I think the lemon, rose, and jasmine are stronger than the cedarwood and vanilla. I’d just be aware if you’re picky about scents or fragrances.

I was happy to recieve the Arouse Reed Diffuser. As being new to reed diffuser, I was unsure what to expect. Glass jar was safely packaged and shipped. Arrived in an unmarked box. Scent is Arouse: with a hint of Lemon, Rose, Jasmine and Cedarwood. I smell the Jasmine the most which for me is a calming scent. All essential oils together are very well balanced, and a welcoming feeling after a long day at work. As instructed I turned the reeds a few times for the first day, and noticed that the scent was very strong after turning the reeds. I placed the Diffuser on my headboard of the bed, however the scent does permeate through the entire house.

This was our first product of this type and my OH and I are very pleased with the Arouse Reed Diffuser. As with everything from Lovehoney, it arrived quickly and came discretely packaged. The diffuser itself, was packaged well to avoid damage in transit. The glass jar does have a sticker on it that is easily removed so you can place it anywhere and avoid any questions. Overall, the product is very attractive and blends in well. Setup is simple and easy. Just insert the reeds into the jar. Turn them over a few times during the first day and it’s good to go. At this point, it’s a little hard for me to tell how long the oil in it will last, but it isn’t using it fast enough to be a concern. Though I realize this is a matter of personal taste, we think the scent is very nice. We mainly pick up jasmine, though the other scents are definitely present. I must admit to being concerned initially as smells can seem overpowering to me, but I was pleasantly surprised. The scent produced by this diffuser is noticeable in our bedroom (where we placed it) but not too strong at all. Overall, the product is great. The shipping and service from Lovehoney is always fantastic. We would definitely recommend this to anyone.

A good scent but incredibly strong, I felt like I was tasting it so I had to move it to a different part of the house ha ha! I guess that’s a good thing that it is so strong. It started to give me a headache though, not very arousing. The scent is enjoyable now that it’s in a different area of the home and I’m not smelling it constantly. Definitely good quality. I’ve had it for over a week and it’s still nearly full.

I’m really enjoying these room fragrance diffuser sticks: the scent is lovely and woodsy. I’m a fan of aggressive fragrance, and these ones are fairly potent, especially when you first open them. The presentation is also lovely (the sticker on the jar peels off easily). I’ve had it in use for about 2 months now and it is still fragrant with a little less than a fifth of the oil remaining. I love moving it to different rooms of the house every few days, and the fragrance pairs nicely both in the living room, bedroom and bathroom.
