The bath is where I spend most of my time, third to bed and work. It isn’t just an integral part of my personal care routine but it helps me wind down and relax. This is a little different to my usual kind of order from Lovehoney so I was intrigued to see what else LH has up their magical sleeves. The bottle is simple, informative, and I love the pink. It’s already taken it’s place in the corner of my bath, ready for repeated use. It has a simple cap that you unscrew and just pour your required amount under a running tap. It produces plenty of soft bubbles that last throughout your soak, and a 250ml bottle provides enough for many a bath. I sunk into the water and enjoyed the beautiful warming scents. Touches of spice, zest and vanilla really relax and allow any tensions or stresses to float away. The scents fill the room, and you can even smell them on your skin once dried. When I first used this bubble bath, I ran it for myself, lit a couple of candles and spent about 45 minutes in the bath, regularly topping up the hot water. Upon getting out I then received an upper body massage from my OH which led to lots of kisses.. which led to a lot more. If that’s the result of using these bubbles then I better buy more because it’ll be used very regularly! It’s also worth mentioning that my skin can sometimes be sensitive to new products, especially in the colder months, but I haven’t experienced any adverse reactions.

Lovehoney never fails when it comes s to customer care, quick discreet delivery. This bubble bath isnt something I’d usually consider but when I was asked to review the product I couldn’t refuse, it had me intrigued and interested. Although I can’t say the product left me seduced, I can say the relaxing scents which I have nothing that has compared did leave me very relaxed, and in turn that made me feel good and ready to play! Its almost a spa type smell which you can have at home which is amazing! My partner said I smelt gorgeous after my bath, but this wasn’t anything too strong or overpowering just a nice Scent. I’m keeping this for those special nights in and I’m sure it will soon become a Scent that we both recognise and prompts seduction! Nice thick texture that bubbles up and leathers well, I do sometimes come out in itchy rash from scented products but so far so good with this one, nothing to report!

Do not let the simplicity of this bottle fool you – this bubble bath is a playful little potion! The screw top bottle is easy to use and we found about a quarter of a bottle in our soft water area gave us a generous amount of small soft bubbles. (We like to have a lot of bubbles!) Combining some of my favourite scents (jasmine and patchouli) I think this fragrance is glorious. The aroma is luxurious without being too overly feminine or masculine. Both hubby and I loved the ‘just right’ combination of floral, herb, spice and citrus and we were pleased that the heat of bath water intensifies the overall scent by bringing out the warmth of the saffron, amber and orange peel without losing that seductive jasmine twist. It’s always great when the smell from the bottle is pretty much the same as the one you smell when it’s in the water and this was spot on. The well-balanced combination of top, middle and base notes is both spinetingling, soothing and invigorating all at the same time. Couple bath time for us is always about intimacy rather than getting down and dirty in the tub, and we found this is a great bubble bath to enhance our romantic time together. Although this bubble bath didn’t act as an aphrodisiac for us per se, the balance of scents definitely encourages mind and body to unwind and let go of the stresses of the day, which, in our opinion, is always a good starting point for any sensual time and to help get ‘in the mood’. We found the best ‘effects’ from the top energising orange and the sensual middle jasmine and patchouli kick in about an hour after use so a nice long Apothecary Seduce bubble bath is sure to be a great way to start off any date night with a partner or on your own. Sadly, although the effects of the oils last a good while I found that the scent itself doesn’t linger too long on the skin after a bathe. This is a simple bottle of a reasonable size with a screw on top. There is very little else to say about the bottle; it serves it purpose well and doesn’t look at all out of place at the end of our bath. Now the smell, the fragrance is devive… not so much straight out of the bottle but when added to hot running bath water the aroma is just gorgeous and fills the bathroom. It is a very seductive and alluring scent. My nose isn’t the best but I can definitely pick out the jasmine and patchouli and overall it’s just a gorgeous place to be. Any chance of Lovehoney bringing out a similarly fragranced perfume? Onto the bubbles. We’ll they’re not Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman… an unattainable Holywood pinnacle I have never reached with my own baths. However, they’re fairly small and soft, with beautifully high density producing a full, bouncy coverage that you can’t see through from not too much bubble bath goop so full marks there; this is better than most bubble baths I’ve tried. Where they lose a few marks is for longevity. I like long baths and it doesn’t take too much time before most of the bubbles have dispersed though you are still left with a pool of delightfully scented hot water which for both relaxation and waterproof toy play works just fine and the scent really does add to the mood. Post bathtime, I didn’t notice much scent lingering on my skin which was a pity as it’s such an alluring fragrance but also there was no coating of soap scum around the tub which was a pleasant surprise so easy, peasy clean up. I have also tried using some as shower gel, it worked well and the scent adhered better to my skin this way and left it feeling soft and lovely and still smelling great hours later. A bit pricey to use regularly as a shower gel but pre special nights it’ll be what I choose and for long, sublimely scented soaks it’s a winner.

I ordered both bubble baths in this range, and this one is my favourite. The smell is lovely and left me and my bathroom smelling amazing as well! It comes in a good shaped bottle which will also be a perfect size to take travelling. I can’t say I felt seduced after using it, but it definitely serves its purpose as a good bubble bath.

It produced a very good layer of bubbles that lasted about 20 minutes, which is pretty impressive in my experience. I had never tried bubble bath from LoveHoney before. So when I saw this bubble bath on the site, I decided to treat myself to both the seduce and the arouse bubble baths. The seduce bubble bath was discreetly sent to me in a box with other items I had ordered from LoveHoney. The bottle itself was smaller than I expected so I was a little worried I would go through this bubble bath super quickly due to the fact I am a fiend for bubbles. I put in a little bit of the bubble bath to see how many bubbles I’d get. I wasn’t expecting many but I am glad I didn’t put in a lot because the bubbles rose up super quickly and almost engulfed the bath! From this fact I know this bubble bath will last for ages which is nice to know since £10 is a bit expensive for bubble bath. The smell is really beautiful and I prefer the seduce bubble bath over the arouse bubble bath. This also made my skin super soft. Pros: Smells lovely. A little goes a long way. Bottles look discreet so it doesn’t scream LoveHoney as soon as someone sees the bottle. Makes my skin feel soft and luxurious. Cons: You have to be careful with the amount you use. I wish the bottles were bigger. Overall, this is a nice bubble bath and I’d recommend this for someone who absolutely loves bubbles in their baths and who wants to treat themselves. I honestly wish LoveHoney sold bigger bottles of this stuff!

I bought this as well as the Arouse Scent to add a bit extra to shared baths. Both my partner and I love the scents! A little goes a long way so a bottle will last you ages! The bubbles are perfect! Not too many, not too little. It works well for relaxing baths alone or for some extra spice!

We have previously purchased the candle from the same range, but found that the aroma from the candle when lit, was overpowering. So we have moved to the bubble bath, which has a similar aroma, but not as overpowering. The fragrance is beautiful, sensual and lifts the spirits. It is a shame that we recently changed our bath to one which we both can’t fit in together, otherwise romantic baths with this range would very much order of the day.
